One Time Payment
VIP AFFILIATE SERVICE TERMS:
  • The subscription cost under this Agreement is a one-time payment.
  • The subscription cost includes an 80% fee to Cherrington Media and 20% for ad spend.
  • The Term of this Agreement is twenty-four months.
  • The twenty-four month Term shall begin as of the date the subscription fee is received by Cherrington Media.
  • At the end of the Term, the Client shall have the option to end the Agreement and receive the balance of retained profits, or run for a 2nd Term.
  • It is anticipated that the Client will make a 1.5X return at the end of the twenty-four month Term. If the Client does not earn at least that amount in the twenty-four month Term, then the Client will receive 100% of their subscription fee and receive the balance of retained profits.
  • All payments to the client at the end of the twenty-four month term will be in the form of interest and reported on a 1099 INT.
  • All payments must be reported.
